Indigo Dyed Kantha Quilt

This is a Indian Kantha quilt from Kerala in Southern India.  This quilt has been over dyed in a natural indigo, so this fabric will fade over time. This quilt is double  sided. One side has a flower repeat pattern and the reverse side has a leaf repeat pattern.  

Because of the nature of this quilt, there are patches, sometimes holes and repairs within the fabric. We love the authenticity of these pieces and we hope that you do to.
