FOLK PRISM JACKET - INDIGO TEXTURE

A jacket with a bit of quiet character.

The Folk Prism is a relaxed, softly tailored jacket with a slightly cropped shape and a curved hem. It’s made from a robust midweight cotton with a chunky, pronounced weave that gives the indigo fabric plenty of texture and depth.

The real indigo yarns have been garment washed, softening the colour and giving the jacket a gently faded, lived-in quality — like something you’ve owned for years rather than something you’ve just taken the tags off.

Up front, angular seams create the distinctive raised prism-shaped patch pockets, while corozo nut buttons, tab-adjustable cuffs and hem and the relaxed spread collar keep the details considered but unfussy. It’s unlined, with the inside neatly finished in cotton poplin, and a contrasting striped reverse adds a nice flash of colour when the jacket moves.

A proper everyday jacket: easy over a T-shirt, equally good with knitwear, and particularly good when autumn starts doing what autumn does.
