Vintage Indian Kantha Quilt

This is a vintage Indian Kantha quilt from Kerala in Southern India. This quilt is double   sided. These Kantha's  are traditionally made from old pieces of fabric and worn saree's. The colours in this Kantha are  predominately pink orange and yellow.Then on the reverse side Cobalt blue, red and white.

Because of the vintage nature of these quilts, there are patches, sometimes holes and repairs within the fabric. We love the authenticity of these pieces and we hope that you do to.
